You have the right to request deletion of your iZaapa account and all personal data we hold. Fill in the form below and we'll handle the rest within 30 days.

What Happens to Your Data

What gets deleted

Your account, login credentials, personal details, contact info, banking data, transaction history, XP records, and WhatsApp session data.

What we must keep

Credit agreement records (NCA), FICA compliance records, and any data related to outstanding balances — as required by South African law. Kept for the minimum legally required period only.

Outstanding balances

Accounts with unpaid balances cannot be deleted until fully settled. We will notify you if this applies.

Timeline

Identity verification within 2 business days. Full deletion within 30 days as required by POPIA.
